Sensing and measuring solution provider, KEYENCE, has introduced a new, advanced 3-axis MD-F3000 fiber laser marker for metal processing and marking applications。 The MD-F3000 fiber laser marker provides 30 W of power, which ensures that permanent etching and marking of hard metals can be done in a short period of time。
The small head of the fiber laser marker is compact and can be installed quickly and easily in tight spaces。 The marker’s head features a fan-less design and is resistant to dust and dirt。 The MD-F3000, when integrated with the Marking Builder-2 software, delivers fast, easy and high-quality marking to meet rigorous marking demand。
The MD-F3000 laser marker series also includes an advanced 3-axis beam control system, which ensures that the marker offers distortion-free and high-quality marking across the 300x300 mm region without requiring any expensive mechanisms。 The MD-F3000 also incorporates a number of features such as touch panel interface, date-time functionality, encoder inputs, sample marking function and internal power monitor。 The device can store up to 2000 programs。
